Our client a leading manufacturer is looking to hire a HR Business Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Management of the recruitment process for talent acquisition
- Ensure all employee relations are in line with company objectives and drive to ensure the strategic growth of the company is managed
- Responsible for HR budget
- Deep understanding and experience of unions
- Ensure all performance reviews are managed and completed
- Map succession planning within the organisation
- Management of the SAP HR system
- Contribute to the HR internal communication process
You will need the following:
- Degree qualified in HR
- 6+ years experience as a HR business Partner with IR experience
