​I have hands-on experience supporting recruitment delivery, working closely with candidates from initial sourcing and matching through to interview coordination, preparation, feedback and offer stages. I use platforms including LinkedIn, PNet and MyS to identify suitable candidates, maintain accurate recruitment documentation and help ensure a smooth and well-organised process throughout.

My approach is grounded in communication, empathy and a strong understanding of people. With a BA in Psychology and Development Studies, an Honours degree in Psychology, and experience as a tutor and senior mentor, I bring a thoughtful and people-focused approach to every candidate interaction. I focus on building trust, keeping candidates informed and helping them feel confident and prepared at each stage of the recruitment process.

I take pride in delivering a positive candidate experience while supporting recruiters, clients and hiring managers with reliable coordination and clear, consistent communication. My background in communications, customer service and relationship management has also strengthened my ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, stay organised under pressure and contribute to an efficient, professional recruitment service.
