An established healthcare manufacturer are going through a significant amount of expansion within their global supply chain. This expansion is a direct result of the continued growth of the external manufacturing operations. As of this growth the organisation are looking to establish a new global product launch function in their Dublin headquarters and are looking to hire an Associate Director Product Launch :
- Reporting into a Global Supply Chain Director this role will be focused on implementing a new global product launch structure within the Dublin office.
- This role will work cross functionally within the business from product development right through to commercial launch to ensure that all products are launched within global markets on time and in the most effective manner without comprising quality.
- This role will require the individual to work with key internal stakeholders within technical operations , quality and supply chain both in-house and with their global external manufacturers to ensure that there no issues with any new product introductions and market launches.
- A large part of this role will require the individual to management multiple projects within the global product launch structure as the organisation continues to grow through product development.
Degree qualified with 8-10 years plus product launch experience within the life science sector.
Excellent project management is required for this position
A project management qualification would be a distinct advantage.
