Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for a Bio-Process Associate to join a large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment supporting downstream manufacturing operations within a GMP-regulated facility.
The successful candidate will support commercial manufacturing activities, process operations, equipment support, batch execution, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-performing manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support downstream manufacturing operations in a GMP environment
- Execute manufacturing processes following SOPs and batch instructions
- Operate process equipment within assigned production areas
- Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities where required
- Review batch records and assist with deviation investigations
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, CQV, Automation, and Engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and data integrity standards
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Requirements
- Level 6 qualification in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related discipline
- 1-3 years' experience within biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or GMP manufacturing environments preferred
- Experience working in cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of DeltaV, MES, SAP, Syncade, or similar systems is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Must be open to 24/7 shift operations
