My client, a leading food manufacturing business in Ireland, is looking for a HR Administrator to join the Group HR Team and provide administration support to the HR Department.
 
If you are a recent graduate or have experience in administration and are looking to kickstart your career in HR in the FMCG industry then today is your lucky day!
 
This is a permanent (full-time) job based in Co. Kildare.
 
 
What will you do in this job?
 
 
  • You will provide efficient administrative support to a busy HR Department and assist in the administrative duties associated with the development and implementation of the HR System.
 
  • You will carry out day to day administration including answering telephones, emails and distribution of post.
 
  • You will liaise with the Payroll Department and ensuring appropriate information is processed.
 
  • You will support the employee engagement lead with delivering engagement initiatives across multiple sites including wellbeing and health and safety initiatives.
 
  • You will advertise vacancies internally, scheduling interviews and preparing interview packs for the hiring manager.
 
  • You will ensure that all personnel forms, required documentation and employee files are up to date, filed correctly and input on our HR System
 
  • You will support the induction and orientation process for new hires.
 
  • You will assist with co-ordination of training and development by managing employee requests and calendar invites
 
  • You will support and liaise with our internal auditor on company audits across the group and actioning any findings in a timely manner.
 
 
What do you need to be successful in this job?
 
  • You have a 3rd level Degree in Business Studies or Human Resource Management or experience in administration in a fast-paced environment.
 
  • You are fluent in MS Office.
 
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 
  • You have great presentation skills, you work well under pressure and you are a committed and self-reliant individual.
