IT Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager with a solid IT service delivery focus and experience operating in a challenging environment. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key team member of a well established and successful ICT Services and Solutions company. The successful candidate will be accountable for managing service delivery to a key customer and customer relationships will be at a senior management level.

Role:

  • The role is challenging and varied requiring someone who is engaging with a can-do attitude.
  • It will entail working for our client remotely & onsite supporting their systems, processes and procedures.
  • Engaging our Service Delivery teams to fulfil client request's and contribute to service improvement.
  • The role will entail ownership of various processes and procedures, working as part of a team while receiving encouragement to work on your own initiative and become responsible for delivering elements of the service.

What You Need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working a Customer Service Delivery Manager
  • Strong experience within IT and applications/operating systems in particular (Microsoft, Citrix, O365 would be ideal but not essential)
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent
  • Proven ability to deliver in a challenging environment
  • Proven track record of delivering services and projects on time and within budget
  • Managing customer and supplier relationships whilst balancing the demands of all stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage technical and administrative teams to deliver on contracted outcomes
  • ITIL Certified to minimum Foundation Level
  • Demonstrates significant competency in managing teams
  • Significant experience of managing complex customer situations
