Job Title: Logistics Administrator

Location: Kildare, Ireland

Job Description: As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through the supply chain. They are are seeking an individual with at least one year of experience in logistics, who can bring their expertise to enhance our operations.

This role is based on site in Naas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  2. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, collaborating with relevant teams to minimize discrepancies.
  3. Shipment Coordination: Coordinate and track shipments, liaising with carriers and suppliers to guarantee on-time delivery.
  4. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including shipping records and customs paperwork.
  5. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between various departments to streamline logistics processes.
  6. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any logistics-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient logistics solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Minimum of one year of experience in logistics administration, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  2. Proficient in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
