A global biopharmaceutical has recently gone through significant transformation and growth booth through acquisition and product development. As a result, they are expanding their global manufacturing network and are in the process of establishing a new manufacturing site in their Dublin operations and need to hire a Quality Manager to ensure the new site is audit ready. This site is a state of art manufacturing facility designed to develop and manufacture innovative biotech products as the organization expands its global product portfolio.

• This role with report into Site Head of Quality and will lead all the QMS process for the existing and new manufacturing site.
• This role will be the site lead for all quality compliance issues across all new and existing products.
• Another focus of the role will be to lead all regulatory bodies' audits and to ensure all documentation and protocol are in place to ensure that the organization meets all regulatory requirements and successfully passes all audits as the site's ramps up both production and packaging operations within the site.
• This position will lead a team across all areas of quality compliance within manufacturing and packaging operations

Experience Required

• Degree qualified with 7-9 years plus quality and compliance experience within biopharma or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong QMS and audit experience is essential
• Strong people management is required.
• Site start-up and/or expansion would be a distinct advantage.
