Job Title: R&D Projects Manager

Location: Midlands, Ireland (with European travel required)

This role is for a global company that offers excellent opportunities to progress your career within an upskilled environment. This is a permanent full-time position (Monday - Friday).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage R&D project plans and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
• Oversee the execution of R&D projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project partners, suppliers, and customers
• Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with external partners and customers
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as required
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to ensure projects are innovative and competitive

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Science, Technology)
• Proven experience in R&D project management, with a track record of delivering successful projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel frequently within Europe for project-related activities.
