Next Generation is an Irish Specialist Recruitment Company founded in 2007. We provide recruitment services tailored to our client's talent attraction strategy and our candidate's career expectations and goals.

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter based in Cork (hybrid) to work on our Engineering team. They recruit engineers of the validation, reliability, energy or environmental type.

What your job will be:

• Finding the needle in the haystack - AKA sourcing strong candidates for your clients.

• Interviewing candidates on the phone and face to face.

• Fostering strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Recruitment marketing to build your brand and attract candidates.

To be successful in this job, you need:

• 2 years of experience in recruitment

• Experience in recruiting in the engineering space, or maybe engineering is what you studied.

• To enjoy sales. Recruitment is a sales-driven environment, so if that's not your cup of tea, this is probably not the job for you.

• The gift of the gab, you're a good storyteller: once you've found the perfect candidate you know how to get them interested and can wow a hiring manager with their profile.

• You're motivated by an inner sense of achievement, setting personal goals you can knock out of the park.
