Tech Support - Team Lead

My client based here in Dublin are looking to hire a Team Lead for their Technical Support team. The successful candidate will lead a small team (less than 10) of Desk Side Support Engineers and will have a degree of hands on support themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Desk Side Support Engineers.
  • Provide delivery, installation and repairs on personal computers, servers and appropriate peripherals for all clients.
  • Required to assist in problem solving outstanding issues and the research of relevant developments within the industry.
  • Achieve as much knowledge in the popular operating systems, applications as is deemed necessary to assist  clients.
  • Provide Training to the team.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to queries and problems from all clients.

What You Need:

  • 4+ years Team Lead experience.
  • 6+ years experience supporting Hardware, MS Operating Systems, Office, etc.
  • Microsoft qualification MCP in Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10.
  • Comptia A+ qualification or equivalent.
  • SCCM 2012 is desirable.
  • Full driving license is essential.
