Our client, an innovative outsourcing company is looking for a couple of Desk- side Support specialist to assist and provide the delivery, installation and repairs on the computers and servers of their clients. If you are well experienced in tech support roles you might be a good fit for this job.

What does the job involves?

  • You will provide the delivery, installation and repairs on computers, servers and appropriate peripherals for the company's clients.
  • You will assist in problem solving outstanding issues and the research of relevant developments within the industry.
  • You will respond quickly, efficiently to queries and problems from all of the company's clients.

What you need to do the job?

  • You will have experience of supporting hardware, MS Operating Systems, Office, etc.
  • You are proficient in a Windows 10 environment.
  • You have previous experience in a similar role | 2 + years
  • You have a full-driving licence | Essential
  • You have an MCP Qualification in Windows 10 | Strong advantage
  • You have a SCCM 2012 | Advantage
