European Project Procurement Manager

Our client is expanding their European procurement team are looking to recruit a European Project Procurement Manager for their expanding construction organization. This role focuses on managing project spends exceeding 200 million across multiple direct materials and services at various European sites. With a strong emphasis on supplier management, delivery, and contract negotiation, you'll play a pivotal role in their continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a monthly reporting dashboard to track performance against the yearly procurement strategic plan.
• Review and enhance product and service offerings of preferred supply chain agreements to meet evolving business unit demands.
• Promote, develop, and implement Supplier Development Programmes in collaboration with each business unit as needed.
• Build and strengthen key supply chain relationships to foster collaborative working partnerships.

Experience Required:

• Ideally degree-qualified with 5-7 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction or OEM manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic procurement support or solutions to businesses or operating divisions.
• Strong commercial/financial aptitude and negotiation capability.
• Excellent supplier management skills are essential.
