The company is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join its senior leadership team and contribute to the company's ambitious growth plans.

Role Overview: The Supply Chain Manager will play a pivotal role in the efficient management and oversight of the company's procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possess strong expertise in procurement, particularly with commodity-driven items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the procurement function, including sourcing and purchasing of materials, to ensure the highest quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage the logistics and warehouse operations on site, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Lead and develop a team of 4 within the supply chain function, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of the company's growth initiatives.
• Monitor and optimise supply chain performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure reliable supply and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain best practices in supply chain management, including inventory control and demand forecasting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Supply Chain Manager position within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in procurement, particularly with commodity-driven items.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
• Excellent decision-making and leadership abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
