About the Role:
As the Global Demand Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our client's supply chain operations. This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract position, where you'll collaborate closely with commercial teams across various global markets to ensure seamless demand forecasting and planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement demand forecasting strategies to accurately predict customer demand across global markets.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to gather market insights and incorporate them into demand planning processes.
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine demand forecasts.
  • Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and supply chain capabilities.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of demand planning processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in demand planning or supply chain management ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
