About Linda
Linda is a human capital futurist and systems architect working at the intersection of AI, recruitment, and how human value is recognised in the future of work.
She founded Next Generation Recruitment as a recruitment firm, then evolved it into something rarer: a human capital intelligence system that decodes how people actually work — their patterns, capability formation, and productive potential — beyond what CVs, credentials, or interviews can reveal.
Her second venture, OX (Oxygean), extends this thinking into digital sovereignty, creating intelligence infrastructure where individuals retain ownership of their behavioural and capability data, and organisations access real human potential without extraction or surveillance.
Across both, her work is grounded in decades of recruitment and transformation leadership, but focused now on architecture — designing ethical, human-first systems where AI processes signals, judgment remains human, and value is recognised, sustained, and fairly governed.
