Accounts Receivable Executive - Dublin - Contract
Location: Dublin
Contract: 6 Month FTC
I am currently partnering with a leading FMCG business in Dublin who are seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys ownership, problem solving and working closely with major retail accounts.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue balances across several key Irish retail accounts. This is a busy and varied position where every day will look a little different. You will act as the main escalation point for billing, pricing and delivery queries while ensuring all accounts are fully compliant and audit ready.
Key Responsibilities
* Full ownership of cash collection and accounts receivable for major customers
* Chasing overdue invoices and reconciling deductions
* Managing day to day billing, pricing and delivery queries
* Troubleshooting issues with customers and internal teams
* Leading monthly debt review meetings with sales, finance and credit risk
* Ensuring compliance and audit readiness across all assigned accounts
* Working cross functionally with sales, service teams and internal stakeholders
What You Need
* Previous experience in accounts receivable or credit control
* SAP experience is a strong advantage
* FMCG or OTC process experience is beneficial
* Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues
* Self motivated and comfortable managing a shifting workload
