A growing FMCG business based in Drogheda is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to manage and grow key foodservice and retail accounts across the Republic of Ireland.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a business with strong momentum and clear growth plans. While there will be regular travel to customers, the role is primarily site-based when not on the road.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing foodservice and retail customer relationships across ROI

• Identify and convert new business opportunities

• Deliver against commercial targets and growth plans

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and commercial alignment

• Provide regular market feedback to support product and business development

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in FMCG sales, ideally within retail or foodservice

• Proven track record in business development and account management

• Strong communication and commercial skills

• Must hold a valid Irish driving licence - applications without this cannot be considered

• Comfortable with regular travel across ROI and working from site in Drogheda
