Job Title: Commercial Manager - Ecommerce B2B

Location: Kilkenny

Role Overview: Our client are seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager to join our team and drive our B2B ecommerce operations forward. This role is pivotal in shaping the business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the B2B ecommerce space.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Fulfillment and Finance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating challenges and implementing effective solutions to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a commercial management role, preferably within the ecommerce or technology sector.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Results-oriented approach, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
