A leading global healthcare manufacturer who have grown massively over the last few years through acquisition and have an established global corporate headquarters in Ireland. They  are undergoing significant transformation within their global supply chain function. This organisation has multiple global manufacturing sites and a prolific range of products. As part of this transformation they are looking at their inventory planning processes across all global operations which is significant part of the global supply chain transformation program. As a result they need to hire a strategic global inventory manager to assist with this transformation :

  • This position will report into a global VP Supply Chain and be focusing developing and implementing strategy for the global supply chain to ensure the organisation’s global supply chain is agile and cost effective as the organisation continues to grow through acquisition.
  • A  priority for this position would be to transform current global inventory planning process to ensure appropriate controls are in place to ensure cost effective growth for the future.
  • The individual in this role will be work closely with senior leadership in the organisation at  global level across finance, commercial and supply chain to ensure global inventory planning processes are flexible to facilitate the organisation’s growth and to ensure that significant savings are delivered across global supply chain operations.
  • Another focus of this role will be develop the strategic road map for global inventory across both process and systems .

Degree qualified with 7-10 years inventory planning experience at a global or regional level ideally within technology , FMCG or electronics sector.

A proven track record in transformation of global inventory processes.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to influence cross functionally at senior level within a global organisation.
