We're seeking a Global Project Engineer with a hands-on approach, strong mechanical background, and a desire to work on-site with real equipment, not just behind a desk.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and support engineering projects from design through to installation and commissioning

• Travel extensively (60-70% annually) to support sites in France, Spain, UK, North America, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand

• Deliver practical engineering solutions to improve safety, efficiency, and performance across manufacturing systems

• Collaborate with site teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

What you'll bring:

• Mechanical engineering degree (essential)

• 3-5+ years' experience in a practical engineering role - hands-on manufacturing, fabrication, or trade backgrounds preferred

• Experience with CAD or similar software; able to read 2D/3D technical drawings and P&IDs

• Strong project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with extended travel
