Global Supply Chain Operations Manager
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
A global life science manufacturing organisation is urgently seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead commercial and operational supply chain activities across a high-volume, regulated environment.
This role sits at the centre of global distribution and order fulfilment, with a strong focus on order management, customer service and end-to-end commercial supply chain execution.
Key responsibilities
Lead global supply chain operations supporting high-volume distribution
Own end-to-end order management across multiple markets
Ensure compliant order-to-cash processes within a GMP & GDP environment
Act as senior escalation point for complex customer and supply chain issues
Work closely with quality, logistics, planning, finance and commercial teams
Support audits through robust documentation, data accuracy and process control
Drive continuous improvement across global supply chain operations
Experience required
Proven experience in global supply chain operations within life sciences
Mandatory GMP & GDP experience in a regulated manufacturing or distribution setting
Strong background in high-volume distribution and commercial supply chains
Deep understanding of order management and customer fulfilment
Experience operating across regions with multiple stakeholders
Confident working with ERP systems and supply chain data
