  • Lead scenario planning and execution within MS&T for packaging, device, and DP-related activities.

  • Act as a key liaison between internal Technical Product Teams (TPTs), CMOs, and cross-functional stakeholders (regulatory, quality, analytical, and supply chain).

  • Facilitate effective collaboration and accountability across matrixed global teams.

  • Drive governance alignment, communicate project status and escalate risks as required.

  • Ensure project documentation and progress tracking align with established PMO standards and tools (MS Project, Tableau, PPM systems).

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum 4 years' project management experience within pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.

  • Proven expertise in technical transfer, process improvement, and CMC project execution.

  • Experience working with Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) and managing external partnerships.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Tableau, SharePoint, or equivalent project tools.
