Group Innovations & Development Chef

My client, a leading food manufacturing company based in Co. Dublin, is looking for a Group Innovations & Development Chef who will join the Innovations & Development team and will provide key support and drive for culinary excellence and authenticity within the group supporting NPD, Marketing and Account Management teams.

​

This is a permanent (full-time) job based in Co. Dublin.

​

​

What will you do in this job?

​

• You will motivate and inspire the team and wider business to new, higher levels of culinary excellence driving a culture of food.

​

• You will work within the kitchen to the highest standards of hygiene, HACCP, presentation and quality.

​

• You will liaise directly with suppliers in sourcing ingredients and critical information.

​

• You will be responsible for assisting in application of product into presentation formats.

​

• You will be responsible for arranging internal tastings and workshops.

​

• You will develop and cost recipes with a culinary, commercial, and operational outlook.

​

• You will establish & build relationships with key customer contacts, internal stakeholders & external

​

What do you need to be successful in this job?

​

• You are a fully qualified chef with relevant qualifications.

​

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a chef role or 1-2 years in a NPD role in the food manufacturing industry.

​
