Junior Administrator

Well, look no further! Our client a well-established and successfully Irish owned food producer is looking for someone just like you to join their busy sales department. Reporting directly into the Finance Manager you will be an integral part of the sales admin team working closely with a number of different departments. This is a permanent (full-time) position, Monday- Friday, on-site. Please note your visa must allow you to work in Ireland unrestricted to apply for this position.

Ideally along with the above experience you will have:

• Strong IT skills with a good knowledge of MS office packages - specifically Excel
• Previous experience in a similar role an advantage
• Previous experience in FMCG office environment
• Strong attention to detail, excellent timekeeping, and ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and ability to pro-actively communicate with third parties
