New Product Development Technologist

This is a permanent full-time position based in Dublin 15.

What will you do in this job?

* You will be creating new product recipes in response to both customer and internal proactive briefs from concept to launch.

* You will carry out both production and packaging trials along with new product documentation.

* You will be involved in the preparation of food and ingredients for customer visits, as required.

* You will be organising product benchmarking exercises and market reviews, as required.

What do you need to be successful in this job?

* A minimum of 2 + years of experience within a food manufacturing environment.

* Have a degree in a food science or related discipline.

* Possess e a strong knowledge and use of Excel.

* You have a strong passion for food.

* You have the ability to work on your own initiative.
