My client is a leading industrial distributor witha large volume of products 0 products, serving customers across Europe. We are currently seeking a Pricing Administrator to join our team in Galway. This role involves working closely with our Pricing Coordinator and team to provide essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pricing Coordinator in maintaining accurate customer and vendor pricing and product data in SAP.
  • Ensure timely setup of all part numbers according to the approved SOP.
  • Set up cost price records for all vendors promptly.
  • Maintain part numbers in Item Master Data within SAP.
  • Input new information into the SAP system with precision.
  • Review and manage vendor pricing schedules.
  • Maintain and update list prices.
  • Identify and resolve any pricing discrepancies.
  • Respond to requests for pricing confirmations or provision of pricing lists.
  • Manage discontinued items and alternatives, communicating changes to relevant parties.
  • Oversee the shared pricing inbox.
  • Handle Intrastat reporting.
  • Support the Pricing Coordinator with any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on Master Data related projects to ensure data accuracy and progressive development.

Skills & Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • High attention to detail, with experience in data entry and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system is advantageous.
  • Target-driven with a flexible approach to meet business deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to question and critique processes.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills.
