Reporting directly to the Quality Control Manager, you, as the QC Analyst, will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our biopharmaceutical facility. Your responsibilities will be diverse, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our laboratory processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in updating and issuing documentation, including SOPs, as required.
- Perform routine data analysis, contribute to the investigation of OOS results, conduct trending analysis, and draft investigation reports.
- Accurately document laboratory work, maintaining meticulous records.
- Execute and assist in batch release testing, technical transfer, and co-validation activities.
- Assist in the qualification of laboratory instruments.
- Conduct instrument performance checks and calibration.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation issues.
- Conduct data review based on demonstrated proficiency in assays.
Qualifications and Experience:
- One to two years' experience in analytical techniques, such as Aseptic Techniques, Cell Culture, Cell-based Bioassays, and ELISA, would be advantageous.
- Minimum of a BSc. in Biochemistry or a related discipline is essential.
- Ability to work independently in assay execution, recognizing anomalous trends or results.
- Strong problem-solving ability and the capability to prioritize objectives from multiple projects, adhering to scheduled timelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-based collaborative environment.
