Job Description:

As a Quality and Compliance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our company adheres to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements. This position is crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence and product safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management: Implement and oversee a robust quality management system, ensuring it meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

2. Compliance Assurance: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, keeping the company up to date with any changes.

3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in quality and compliance procedures.

4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality and compliance procedures, records, and reports.

5. Audits and Inspections: Prepare for and lead internal and external audits and inspections.

6. Training: Develop and conduct training programs to educate staff on quality and compliance requirements.

7. Issue Resolution: Investigate and address any quality or compliance issues promptly, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs).
• 6 + years of experience in quality and compliance management, in either Food or Pharma.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
