Quality Manager - Food Production
North Tipperary | Sunday to Thursday, 08:00-16:30 | On-site only

A growing food production company in North Tipperary is seeking a Quality Manager to lead site quality operations. This is a low-risk food environment with strong growth plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small on-site quality team and ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 22000 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a small quality team

  • Maintain and improve the site's ISO 22000 standards

  • Lead internal and external audits

  • Implement and manage BRC, ISO 22000, or equivalent food safety standards

  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality regulations

  • Support future team growth and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a quality leadership role within food production

  • Proven track record managing audits and food safety certifications (BRC, ISO 22000 or similar)

  • Strong understanding of food safety and quality systems

  • Must hold a valid working visa

  • Role is fully on-site in North Tipperary, five days a week
