Are you looking for your next role as a Senior Project Manager?

Next Generation are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager for an exciting Food Manufacturing organisation. The company are currently undergoing a rapid phase of change and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the existing team that are responsible for developing and implementing group wide manufacturing, quality and supply chain strategies. You will be responsible for working across a host of different functions within the organisation to ensure project timelines and targets are met.

This role can be based anywhere in Ireland but must have some flexibility to travel 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of change across all functions and drive continuous improvement through project management methodologies
• Governance of Divisional strategy with clear functional project portfolio in place to deliver annual objectives
• Coordination of collaborative projects with key customers and suppliers to add value at producer, processor and customer level
• To support and drive continuous improvement projects across all functions
• Promote and embed Company Values throughout the organisation
• Support individual project owners through structured project approach, "set up for success" & governance
• Project portfolio co-ordination
• Training of staff in lean and project management methodology as measured by project € savings

Requirements

• 5+ Years experience working with cross functional teams within an FMCG environment
• Expert knowledge of project management tools and techniques
• Lean/Six Sigma qualification is highly desirable
• Strong problem solving/influencing skills
• Strong IT skills
• Ability to travel 1-2 days per week
