A global FMCG organisation is seeking a strategic procurement professional to manage sourcing for key direct materials including fruit juices, concentrates, flavours, and other food-grade ingredients. This is a high-impact role offering international exposure and cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for selected ingredient categories.
• Develop and execute robust category strategies aligned to quality, cost, innovation, sustainability, and service goals.
• Build strong supplier partnerships and drive value through negotiation, risk management, and contract performance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and quality to meet business objectives.

About You:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in strategic procurement, preferably in FMCG, food retail buying, or fresh produce.
• Excellent commercial acumen and strong analytical skills.
• Confident working in a global, matrixed organisation.
• Experience using procurement systems (SAP Ariba preferred) and leading complex sourcing projects.
