Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Operations Manager - Global FMCG

Are you ready to be part of an expanding global FMCG enterprise? Our client is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to join their dynamic team. As we ramp up our supply chain operations, we require a dedicated individual with a strong background in commercial supply chain delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the S&OP process, utilizing end-to-end analysis and scenario planning to drive informed decisions.
• Optimize and maintain planning parameters to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
• Proactively communicate supply status and mitigate potential risks, ensuring uninterrupted supply.
• Report on logistics data trends and analyze performance metrics such as freight spend and forwarder performance.
• Collaborate with carriers to secure economic freight rates and ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to anticipate and address current and future logistics requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between sales and logistics, ensuring seamless communication and operations.
• Maintain accurate records for logistics activities and represent supply chain in New Product Introduction initiatives.

Experience Required:

• Ideally degree qualified with 5-8 years of regional or global supply chain experience ideally in FMCG or life science sector
• Strong third party logistics management experience is essential
• Product launch & S&OP planning are required.
• Startup experience a distinct advantage
