The Opportunity
We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join the team in Ireland.
This is a hands-on, operational role within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment - ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives on ownership, and wants to make an impact in a scaling FMCG organisation.
You will coordinate the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring smooth product movement from suppliers through warehousing and logistics to customers worldwide. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in shaping an efficient, scalable, and customer-focused operation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise the end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing and inbound freight through to fulfilment and outbound logistics.
Coordinate with international suppliers and logistics partners to ensure cost-effective, reliable operations.
Oversee inventory control and forecasting, supporting seasonal demand and product launches.
Manage import/export processes, including customs documentation and regulatory compliance.
Liaise with 3PL providers and distributors to improve service levels and delivery performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce lead times, and enhance efficiency.
Provide operational insights to senior management and act as the go-to person for supply chain performance.
About You
2-4 years' experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations within FMCG or consumer goods.
Proven experience in international supply chain management, import/export and freight coordination.
Strong understanding of warehousing, distribution and 3PL management.
Excellent organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Confident communicator, able to collaborate across commercial and operational teams.
Adaptable and hands-on, comfortable working in a start-up or scale-up setting.
