Our client, a leading multinational Software developer and supplier is looking a couple of Technical Consultants to join their lines of Tech Customer Support. You will be required to learn the Software inside-out to be able to support the clients providing them with technical tutorials, support and solutions.
What will you need?
- You have experience in a similar customer facing role | 1 + years
- You are Java proficient.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree.
- You are willing to travel to meet with clients.
- You have exposure to project deployment and some programming.
- You have exposure to mobile application development.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What will you do?
- You will participate in custom solutions development using agile methodologies and gain experience in all aspects of the software development life-cycle.
- You will provide on-call support to the clients.
- You will participate in customer solutions development using agile methodology and gain experience in all aspects of the software development aspects.
- You will analyse, design, develop, test, and deploy customer solutions.
