Job Title: Technical Manager (Food Industry)

Location: Co. Meath

Job Overview: Seeking a Technical Manager for our client's food production operations. Responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards, managing technical teams, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical team for food safety and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement quality management systems.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee product development and innovation.
• Manage supplier relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
• 5 years of technical/ quality experience within the food industry.
• People management experience
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
