Position: Warehouse Specialist
Location: Dublin, Ireland (On-site, Mon-Fri)

GMP Warehouse Operator to join our biologics manufacturing team.
What You'll Do:
- Receive, inspect, sample, and transfer raw materials and consumables in line with GMP.
- Support manufacturing schedules, maintain inventory systems (KANBAN, SAP), and keep areas audit-ready.
- Perform GMP sampling in ISO7 (Grade C) areas using downflow booths, fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, and nitrogen overlay processes.
- Operate equipment safely, including forklifts, PPTs, VNA, reach trucks, and rigid trucks transferring materials between warehouse and manufacturing.
- Contribute to process improvements, develop and maintain SOPs, and participate in investigations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in pre-operational checks and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, compliant operations.
- Support continuous learning and share knowledge to foster team development.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' GMP warehouse experience; biologics experience preferred.
- Experience in handling raw materials, consumables, and hazardous substances safely.
- Trained on forklifts, PPTs, VNA, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment; C license advantageous.
- Knowledge of SAP, inventory control, and GMP documentation practices.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical environment.
