Warehouse Technician

My client is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including materials sampling, inbound and outbound movements, and logistics. This role will focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, while contributing to continuous improvement and best-in-class service to support manufacturing operations.

As a Warehouse Technician, you will collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team, other departments across the site, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform goods receipting, sampling (ANSI method), picking, and kitting activities.
  • Carry out cycle counting and outbound shipping, including dangerous goods handling.
  • Document activities using electronic logs.
  • Use ERP systems (SAP/COMET) and Laboratory Management systems (GLIMS).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Material Availability hub.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during quality event investigations.
  • Act as a qualified trainer for warehouse activities.
  • Maintain the highest standards of Safety and GMP compliance.
  • Lead ownership of SOPs and training materials for assigned operational areas.
  • Specialize in an operational area such as cell bank management, cold chain logistics, material management, or ERP superuser.
  • Participate in audits, problem-solving, and Material Availability team boards.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

What You'll Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Minimum Level 6 qualification.
  • Forklift license desirable.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
