What will you do in this job?
 
You will be a key member of the Customer Support & Data Analytics Team and drive continuous improvements for customers and clients.
You will take the lead in setting new clients live and supporting them in optimizing their use of and experience with the products.
You will ultimately be responsible to the clients; solving any operational problems or challenges they may have. This may involve personally providing systems training and support, problem solving, report generating and generally 'finding an answer' whatever the query.
Market leading proactive customer support
Answering inbound calls or emails from customers, accurately recording their issues and finding a resolution, even if you don't immediately know what the answer is going away and finding it while keeping the client appraised of progress
Keeping accurate records of all client information to support the wider organizational standards
Analyse client data, generate reports and drive added value
 
 
What do you need to be successful in this job?
Experience in a technical customer service or data analytics role
Excellent Excel – including pivot tables, VLOOKUP's and "if” statements
· Strong written skills
· Accuracy and Attention to detail
