An innovative  FMCG supplying luxury goods  into an export driven market has undergone a significant increase in customer demand across multiple markets and needs to ramp up their end to end supply chain processes to ensure supply into in excess of 50 global markets . This organization has built up strong brand loyalty and needs to hire an experienced supply chain professional to ensure that their commercial supply chain  has the agility to  fulfill demand and ensure growth of market share.
  • This role will report into the Managing director and will be focused on managing end to end supply chain processes and to ensure that all customer demand is met as the organization continues to expand.
  • A significant focus of this role will be to ensure that all warehousing and distribution processes are fit for purpose to ensure all inventory is managed effectively throughout the supply chain .
  • This role will also  require the individual to lead an ERP and WMS implementation across the supply chain to ensure all distribution processes are fit for purpose and scale up with as the company continues to grow.
  • This role will be responsible to managing a cross functional supply chain and develop and grow the team as the organization expands.
  • Another focus of the position is manage all third party logistics suppliers effectively to ensure that there is no disruption to supply all markets.
Experience Required
  • Ideally  degree qualified with 8-10 years supply chain experience ideally within the FMCG or Retail sector.
  • Strong warehousing and distribution experience is essential .
  • Experience of ERP or WMS implementation would be preferred
  • People management experience is required.
