This is a contract of 12 months (full-time) job based in Dublin. This role supports a 50/50 hybrid model of site based/remote working. 

What will you do in this job?

• You will be responsible for defining, scheduling, coordinating, and driving to completion all APQRs, Annual Trend Reports, and for oversight and management of the Method Performance Monitoring Programme
• You will be responsible for management of a dedicated Trending team assigned to Quality Control
• You will provide an effective and efficient trending team through supervision, development and coaching of the QC trending specialist
• You will strategically plan and implement procedures and systems to maximise operating efficiency through the use of Operational Excellence tools

What do you need to be successful in this job?

• You have minimum 4 years of hands on experience in a GMP lab environment, preferably in biologics/pharmaceutical
• You have experience in leading a team
• You have a proven track record in planning, organisation, project management, and strong communication skills
• You have a degree in Biochemstry or similar
• If you happen to have experience with QC trending, that would be amazing, but that's not a deal breaker if you don't
