Our client, a leading Financial Software organisation is seeking for an Application Support Specialist to join their lines of client support and query solutions. If you’re a proactive professional capable of offering Level 2 support in a time limit, this might be a good job for you.
What you’ll do:
- You will provide excellent level of support to the organisation’s multi-national clients
- You will report the query and follow with a solution within a time limit
- You will occasionally provide advice to the IT Team
What you have:
- You have a strong problem-solving personality
- You are a very proactive person
- You have experience in an Application Support Environment | 1 to 2 years
- You are SQL proficient or similar
- You have experience dealing with the client
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree
Highly advantageous to have:
- You have exposure to in Financial/ FinTech environment
- You have experience using MongoDB
- You have experience using Zendesk or any other ticketing system
- You have broad IT knowledge
