This is a full-time permanent job based in Dublin .

What will you do in this job?

• Responsible for the AW process in the Technical Transfer and New Product Launch projects. Communicate AW progress with Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Project Management, Supply Chain and CMOs with respect to product's initial market launch
• Maintenance of AW database with current and last updated files, tracking and providing EAN codes to markets upon request
• Daily communication with other departments within the organisation, regarding questions related to old, current, and future packaging material for relevant products
• Supports EMOs in providing data for implementation of all technical requirements related to AW creation
• Collaborate with EMOs and with internal Stakeholders on planning changes of packaging materials based on upcoming and approved regulatory variations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent coordination skills and strong focus on record / data management and data accuracy
• Strong relationship management and communication skills to collaborate with different functions within the organization
• Ability to prioritize and capable of competing with urgent requirements
• Strong planning and organising skills and able to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Understanding and or previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a distinct advantage
