xciting opportunity with a leading global biopharma company that's expanding its team! We're looking for a talented individual to join us as the Associate Director Supply Chain. If you're passionate about driving global supply planning functions, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Lead the monthly S&OP Supply Planning process, including the Monthly Supply Review meeting.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure risk-based inventory management strategies are defined, justified, and endorsed for materials across the end-to-end network.
  • Scenario Planning: Prepare strategic 'what-if' product scenario analysis to identify risks and opportunities. Confirm manufacturing and supply plans align with commercial demand, inventory strategy, and sourcing strategy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop strong internal collaborative relationships with stakeholders within Operations, Quality, Finance, Commercial, and Business Planning.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, motivate, mentor, and coach direct reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead continuous improvement/best practice projects & processes across the External Operations function. Collaborate to implement improvements aligned with the business strategy.

Experience Required:

  • Education: Degree, ideally a masters.
  • Experience: 10-15 years in supply chain within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector.
  • Expertise: Extensive end-to-end planning experience, ideally at a global or regional level in a virtual supply chain.
  • Management: People management skills are essential.
  • S&OP: Excellent S&OP implementation and/or optimization experience required.
