Job Overview:

As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services from suppliers to meet the company's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Supplier Management:

   • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
   • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.
   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.

2. EU Travel:

   • Willingness and ability to travel within the EU for supplier meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
   • Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards during procurement activities abroad.

3. Cost Management:

   • Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
   • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality.

4. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the logistics and finance teams, to ensure seamless procurement processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role.
• Familiarity with EU procurement regulations and practices.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the EU as required.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in procurement or a relevant field.
