We are on the lookout for an engaging and dynamic Candidate Relationship Specialist to spearhead our QA/QC desk within the life sciences sector. This role is ideally suited for professionals with a chemistry background seeking to leverage their scientific expertise in a more interactive, people-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the recruitment process for our biopharmaceutical and food science sectors, focusing on roles that demand strong QA/QC chemistry knowledge.
• Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse candidate pool
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and candidate assessments to ensure precise matches between candidates and positions, aiming for optimal placement success.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates, fostering a professional network that enhances career and business development.
• Participate in ongoing training programmes tailored to boost your recruitment skills and deepen your industry knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

• A degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field, demonstrating a solid foundation in QA/QC principles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people at various professional levels.
• A genuine interest in transitioning from a technical laboratory role to a recruitment-focused position, mixing scientific acumen with business acumen.
