The CMMS Engineer will provide support for the Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS) and associated projects. The primary focus of the role is to support theCMMS upgrade from Maximo 7.6 to Maximo Application Suite (MAS 10). The role will also providesupport for day-to-day CMMS Administration duties.

This upgrade is a key project to standardize and introduce new technology and functionality tomultiple sites across the BMS network. CMMS Engineer will be responsible for the Data cleaning,mapping, and transformation of Maximo Master data to enable migration to MAS 10.

The new Maximo system will provide additional functionality to be adopted by the site such as newMobile technology and workflows including Work order management. The Maximo Support Engineerwill support the site in the preparation and use of these new business Processes.


Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning, enhancement, and standardization of Maximo Master Data (Assets, Locations, Job Plans, PMs, Inventory and Calibration Datasheets)
• Ensure Asset structure/ hierarchy reflects drawings and in field conditions.
• Data Mapping of current Maximo system to new version
• Development of training plan and delivery of training for end users.
• Update and creation of SOP's, training materials and other quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with site and global SOPs through collaboration with site and global stakeholders.
• Provide end user support during and after Go-live.
• Support moves to new digital technology (e.g Maximo mobile, Barcode scanning, Assignment manager)
• Communication with other BMS sites across the network to ensure alignment.
• Support day-to-day CMMS administration duties (Master data management, Work Order reviews, user set up)

Qualifications & Experience

• Level 8 Qualification in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
• Previous experience with CMMS systems, preferably Maximo.
• Experience working with large volumes of data.
• Previous Experience as a CMMS Administrator role a distinct advantage.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Previous experience delivering training to others.
