Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate ingredients and technologies to enhance product quality and taste.
  • Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to inform innovation strategy.


  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in food product development with a focus on innovation (1-3 years experience)
  • Strong culinary skills, creativity, and knowledge of food science principles.
  • Effective project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
