Job Title: Database Administrator

Location: Kilkenny

Overview: We are seeking a Junior Database Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of administration experience looking to grow their career in a leading global logistics company. You must hold a valid permanent work visa to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Operations with excel and systems based reporting
  • Manage and analyse data related to supply chain and warehousing functions.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel.
  • Work with MRP/ERP systems to streamline operations.
  • Assist in various projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage databases and perform ad hoc administration duties as required

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in database administrator role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, must be able to use functions such as V look ups, Pivot tables, Charts, create reports and formulas
  • Exposure to MRP/ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid permanent working visa for Ireland
