Demand & Inventory Planner - FMCG Sector | Dublin (Hybrid)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Demand & Inventory Planner to play a key role in ensuring optimal stock levels, efficient production planning, and strong collaboration across commercial, procurement, operations, and customer service teams.
You'll be based in Dublin with flexible hybrid working, joining a highly supportive environment that values continuous improvement and career development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain production and inventory plans to meet customer demand and service levels while optimising stockholding.
Complete weekly stock reconciliations, investigate and resolve variances promptly.
Work closely with 3PL partners to resolve POD and delivery discrepancies and ensure accurate returns tracking.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely product availability and high customer service levels.
Monitor and report on key KPIs including stock valuation, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy.
Identify supply risks and opportunities, implementing solutions proactively.
Lead and contribute to ongoing continuous improvement projects.
About You
Minimum 3 years' experience in demand, supply or inventory planning, ideally within the FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; experience with Power BI or planning software
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to balance service, cost, and efficiency in a fast-moving supply chain.
